Quiet area, not far from public transportation, markets and building with banks are very close. It is a great unit with a big area(approximmately 100 square meters/100 sq ft) and laminated flooring board. The living room is furnished with a wide couch, that folds our into a wide bed for another couple of people; a Television set; a notebook with high-speed Internet (included) , air conditioner. The kitchen possesses refrigerator, stoveand a microwave, electric kettle, table settings and all other usefull things you need to have a very comfortable stay in your rented apartment. There is a machine for washing clothes and a bath tub in the bathroom. You will have new sheets and pillow cases, towels, hair-dryer, iron and board. There is a very big nice bed in the bedroom. You will like a nice decor in this delightful apartment.
